New Small Group Training Class: Saturday LIT (Low Intensity Training)
 

Starting September 7th, join us every Saturday at 11 am for our new LIT (Low Intensity Training) class at Private Training Lab. This class is perfect for those looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness in a supportive group environment.
 

Class Details:

  • Time: Saturdays at 11 am (beginning September 7th)

  • Capacity: Up to 8 participants (arrive on time to secure your spot)

  • Instructor: Led by Strength & Conditioning Coach John Hanrahan

  • Program: An 8-station workout covering all major muscle groups

  • Finale: The session concludes with a Group Stretch routine to enhance flexibility and recovery
